The Reality Horse Racing Exchange (REX) is a unique thoroughbred investment platform where members can trade shares of elite racing prospects. As a REX member, your investment, combined with other members' contributions, will generate the capital needed to execute the REX Business Plan, which involves acquiring, racing, and eventually selling high-caliber racehorses.
Members receive 95% of cash disbursements generated from purse winnings and horse sales, proportionate to their shareholdings. Disbursements are calculated based on the total cash on hand minus the funds needed for future acquisitions and operating expenses. From the remaining cash, 95% is allocated to members based on share ownership, while 5% is retained as a management fee to sustain the exchange’s operations. This structure ensures that members gain a substantial share of profits while supporting REX's ongoing growth and success.
During the initial investment period, shares are available at $1.00 each, with a minimum investment of $1.00, which equates to 1 shares. In future investment cycles, share prices for new investors are expected to increase to reflect the rising value of the REX portfolio. Founding REX members who hold onto their shares will continue to benefit from the initial $1.00 per share price should the exchange reopens for share purchases above $1.00.
The number of shares owned directly determines each member’s disbursement amount. Shares can be securely traded exclusively among REX members via our private exchange portal, powered by PayPal API integration.
Here's a hypothetical return on investment, illustrating the typical expenses and revenue streams REX will encounter as the business plan is executed. This example demonstrates potential income from purses and horse sales alongside necessary costs, providing a snapshot of the profit that could be distributed to REX members.

The minimum investment for REX membership is $1.00, with higher investments yielding a larger portion of returns based on the number of shares held. Once REX begins purchasing horses, the opportunity to make new investments will close. While the exchange may reopen in the future for share purchases, new-members may face a higher cost per share. Take advantage of this opportunity to join REX at the lowest available share price.
